Instructions for Foreigners Unfamiliar with Japanese Public Baths
When you arrive at the entrance of our public bath, please take off your shoes and put them in the shoe box. Some people step onto the wooden floor with their shoes on, and others mistakenly try to force their bags into the shoe box. Some people even start undressing in the entrance area. You will see ticket vending machine on the first floor, but please go upstairs to find the green vending machine which accepts cashless payment such as credit cards. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided in the bath area. You can rent towels for a fee, but bringing your own will save you money.
